Esther llegó a mí hace unos meses, recomendada por Mabel, a quien el año pasado hice un vestido de invitada perfecta, y que a su vez llegó a mí a través de mi amiga y socia Andrea Sanz (viva el boca a boca!!). Me invitó a embarcarme en su Bodaventura (como ella misma la llamó desde el principio) haciéndole un vestido para una boda muy especial para ella a la que quería ir reguapa, y como podéis suponer, acepté encantada!
Esther came to me a few months ago recommended by Mabel, whom I made a perfect-wedding-guest dress last year, and who came to me recommended by my friend and partner, Andrea Sanz (the power of word of mouth!!). She invited me to go on her wedding-adventure (as she called it), by making the dress she would wear in a very special wedding for her in which she wanted to look really pretty. Of course, I was so pleased to accept!
Esther es una chica muy atrevida y sexy, y como tal tendría que ser su vestido, por lo que tenía claro que tenía que ser un vestido elegante y sencillo pero acorde con su personalidad, de ahí el escotazo de la espalda!
Esther is a daring and sexy girl, and so her dress had to be! She had clear it had to be a simple and elegant dress but matching her style, hence it’s backless!
El tejido elegido me encantó y me pareció de lo más adecuado: un piqué con hebras de tweed en relieve y unos discretos brillos dorados y azules que le daban el toque fetén!
I really loved the fabric as I found it very appropriate: a tweed threaded pique with a modest golden and blue glitter that made it absolutely perfect!
